1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund window for all initial subscriptions and credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2. After the 14-Day Window

You further acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the digital content has been supplied.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments.
  • You will retain access to your credits and features until the end of your current billing period.
